Upon graduating from college in 1992, Minerva Arboleya entered the luxury retail industry when hired by the world-renowned Bal Harbour Shops in the marketing department. Taking cue from the best in the business, Ms. Arboleya, learned the ropes of retail marketing and leasing from her years inside the Bal Harbour Shops, working directly for the mall owners, and respected, Whitman family. This experience in luxury retail forged the path to her subsequent position as Marketing Director for Saks Fifth Avenue Bal Harbour, and later Southeast Regional Director. In 2001, Ms. Arboleya was recruited by The Rouse Company, where she served as the first Marketing Director for the $600 million dollar luxury retail shopping center in Coral Gables, Florida, Village of Merrick Park. By joining the company during the construction phase, Ms. Arboleya was instrumental in contributing to the leasing mix and tenant prospecting for the mall, in addition to her senior marketing responsibilities including the branding, advertising and communications strategy for the newly opened shopping center. Being the first in the company to hold this position, Ms. Arboleya was entrusted to lay the foundation for the marketing department in every aspect.
In 2005 Ms. Arboleya shifted from the corporate world to the private sector. As a marketing entrepreneur, she worked closely with luxury brands to create and implement their branding and communications campaigns from her showroom and press office located in the Soho neighborhood of New York City. During eight years, Ms. Arboleya was responsible for producing high profile runway productions during the Mercedes-Benz New York Fashion Week for European clients season after season. This exposure forged valuable relationships with international media outlets and journalists from around the world.
In 2010, Ms. Arboleya switched the rolls from pitching media outlets to owning TRILLIONAIRE®, a luxury lifestyle publication geared to affluent individuals in the U.S. and abroad. In addition to the creative role of overseeing an editorial team, Ms. Arboleya is responsible for the day-to-day business operations for TRILLIONAIRE®, and other niche publishing projects. Following the success of the publication, TRILLIONAIRE GROUP LLC, the corporate parent company, served to connect likeminded investors with business opportunities around the globe. Identifying, courting and delivering investors to high profile projects in the luxury real estate, retail, and hospitality industries is the focus of Trillionaire Group.
